2026: Competed in the weight throw, hammer throw, and discus during her senior season... Recorded an indoor personal record in the weight throw with a mark of 10.80m (35' 5.25") at the Luther Invitational... Placed 11th in the weight throw (10.45m) at the University of St. Thomas Invite... Set a lifetime personal record in the hammer throw during the outdoor season, tossing a distance of 33.09m (108' 7") at the Janis Rider / Doug Bolstorff Invitational... Finished 10th in the hammer throw (31.23m) and recorded a season-best mark in the discus (25.04m / 82' 2") at the Gustie Twilight.
2025:Â Posted career-best marks of 26.62m in the discus, 30.71m in the hammer, and 10.80m in the weight throw. Schmidt earned top finishes in multiple invitationals, highlighted by a ninth-place hammer throw at the Gustie Twilight and solid weight throw performances indoors, including a 13th-place finish at the Luther Invitational.
