Hamline University Athletics

2025: Transitioned to Hamline University and competed in hurdles, middle-distance, and relays… Earned a seventh-place finish in the 400m hurdles (1:07.77) and ran 1:07.37 in prelims at the MIAC Outdoor Championships… Also competed on the 4x400m relay (4:12.35) and 4x800m relay (10:21.31) at the conference meet… Posted a season-best 1:07.18 in the 400m hurdles and helped the 4x400m relay to a third-place finish (4:06.02) at the Meet of the UnSaintly… Ran a collegiate-best 1:01.69 in the 400m and 2:23.66 in the 800m during the outdoor season… Indoors, placed third in the 600m (1:45.40) at the Luther Invitational and competed on the distance medley relay (13:39.77) at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Contributed in cross country with a season-best 6K time of 23:43.1 at the MIAC Championships… Owns collegiate bests of 27.36 (200m), 1:01.69 (400m), 2:23.66 (800m), 1:07.18 (400H), and 23:31.2 (6K XC).

Previous School: Tranferred to Hamline midway through the 2024-25 year from Minnesota State-Moorhead (NCAA Division II).

High School: Attended Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted High School.
