2025: Posted an outdoor season-best of 43.62m (143' 1") in the hammer throw to place third at the Gustie Twilight (4/16) and added a 43.30m mark at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational (4/24–26)… Competed in the hammer throw at the MIAC Outdoor Championships (5/9–10), recording a throw of 43.07m… Indoors, recorded a season-best 14.37m (47' 1.75") in the weight throw at the MIAC Indoor Championships (2/27–3/1) and added marks of 14.18m at the Luther Invitational (2/8) and 14.16m at the CSB/SJU Invitational (2/15)… Competed in the throws throughout the indoor and outdoor seasons for Hamline.
2024: Participated in the weight throw (13.00m) at the MIAC Indoor Championship (2/22-24)... Competed in the hammer throw (41.63m) at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (5/10-11)... MIAC Academic All-Conference.
2023: Did not compete at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Registered a 15th-place toss of 39.76m in the hammer at the MIAC Outdoor Championship.
