2021: Earned her third All-America honor of her career, finishing eighth at the NCAA Championships in the 5000-meter run … named to the All-Region Team in the 5000-meter run, ranking third in the region … earned two All-Conference honors on the year, placing third in the 5000-meter run and helping the 4x800 meter relay team to a first-place finish and a new school record (9:23.77) … named Hamline’s Misty Bahr Award winner, recognizing her outstanding athletic achievement … voted onto the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team … member of the MIAC All-Academic Team … set a new 3000-meter run school record with a time of 9:57.02 at Bethel on Feb. 27 … added another school record in the outdoor season, with a time of 16:56.99 in the 5000-meter run at the Hamline Showcase on April 24 … compiled 13 finishes within the top-five on the year, only finishing outside the top-five at the NCAA Championships … won the 1500-meter run at the Hamline Easter Eve Invite on April 3 with a time of 4:48.11 … won the 800-meter run at the Kent Stahly Invitational on April 17, finishing in 2:20.09.
2020: Named a USTFCCCA All-American in the mile after qualifying for the NCAA National Championships (the meet was canceled due to COVID-19) … earned a spot on the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team … took second place at the MIAC Championships in both the mile (5:01.05) and the 1000m (3:01.41) race, earning two All-Conference awards … with her time of 5:01.05 in the mile at the Championships, set a new school record in that event, breaking a 14-year-old record by over five seconds … named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … recorded eight finishes within the top-three throughout the year … won the mile at the Mark Schuck Open on Jan. 31 with a time of 5:01.87 … won the 800m race (2:16.98) at the Hamster Invitational on Feb. 15.
