2023: Did not compete at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Claimed the MIAC Outdoor 4x800 Meter Relay Title with a time of 9:29.31... Registered a pair of ninth-place times in the 400 meter hurdles prelims (1:08.90), and the 400 meter hurdles finals (1:09.37) at the MIAC Outdoor Championship... MIAC Academic All-Conference.

2022: Named to the MIAC academic all-conference team.

2021: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … competed in a variety of events for HU during the 2021 season, most consistently competing in the pole vault and the 400-meter hurdles … recorded a career-best in the 400-meter run at Saint John’s on Feb. 7, with a time of 1:10.43, which was good for a fifth-place finish … hit a personal-best in the 400-meter hurdles at the Kent Stahly Invitational on April 17, winning the event with a time of 1:14.37 … reached a height of 2.48 meters in the pole vault at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on May 1 … placed 16^th in the 400-meter hurdles at the MIAC Championships, with a time of 1:15.27.

2020: Competed in six meets during her rookie indoor season … qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 60m Hurdles, finishing in a season-best 10.95 … took almost three seconds off her 600m time, going from 1:59.81 at the Mark Schuck Open on Jan. 31 to 1:56.88 at the St. Olaf Invitational on Feb. 21, which was good for 13^th place.
 
Outside athletics: Majoring in Political Science, with a minor in Economics … Vice President of the Hamline Students for Reproductive Justice organization on campus.
