Biography
2025: Delivered a standout senior season in the throws for Hamline University… Won the weight throw (17.11m / 56' 1.75") and placed fifth in the shot put (12.23m / 40' 1.5") at the MIAC Indoor Championships… Captured multiple event titles during the indoor season, including first-place finishes in the shot put and weight throw at the Luther Invitational and St. Olaf Tostrud Classic… Threw a collegiate-best 12.46m (40' 10.5") in the shot put and 17.71m (58' 1.25") in the weight throw during the year… Outdoors, placed sixth in the discus (39.69m / 130' 2") at the MIAC Outdoor Championships and recorded a collegiate-best 51.61m (169' 4") in the hammer throw at the Meet of the UnSaintly, finishing fourth… Added several top-three finishes in the discus and hammer throughout the outdoor campaign.
2024: Earned MIAC Indoor All-Conference in the weight throw a third-place mark of 15.60m at the MIAC Indoor Championship (2/22-24)... Claimed 13th place in the shot put with a 10.56m at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Took fourth place in the discus (39.28m), and seventh place in the shot put (11.93m) at the MIAC Outdoor Championship (5/10-11).
2023: Registered an eighth-place mark of 14.02m in the weight throw at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Notched fifth place in the hammer (46.37m), and eighth place in the shot put (11.98m) at the MIAC Outdoor Championship.
Previous College: Transferred to Hamline prior to the 2023 season from Upper Iowa University (NCAA Division II).
High School: Attended Lakeville South High School.
Personal: Business management and psychology double major.
