Howard-Lake-Waverly-Winsted High School: Participated in volleyball, basketball, softball, and National Honor Society (NHS) … member of the A and B Honor Rolls throughout her high school career.
Career at Hamline
2022: Competed in the MIAC indoor championships in the weight throw finishing 14th with a throw of 12.35m... Competed in the MIAC outdoor championships in the hammer throw placing 14th with a throw of 39.65m... Named to the MIAC academic all-conference team.
2021: Earned All-Conference honors in the hammer throw, taking third in the hammer throw at the MIAC Outdoor Championships with a mark of 44.66 meters … member of the MIAC All-Academic Team … added a 12th-place finish in the javelin at the MIAC Championships with a toss of 27.58 meters … recorded a new career-best in the weight throw at Saint John’s on Feb. 7, taking third with a distance of 14.87 meters … had two new personal bests at the Hamline Easter Eve Invite on April 3, finishing second in the hammer throw with a mark of 46.93 meters and third in the javelin with a mark of 29.92 meters … won the javelin at the Hamline Showcase on April 23 with a distance of 28.72 meters.
2020: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … participated in six indoor meets during the year, competing in the weight throw … scored for the Pipers at the MIAC Championships, taking seventh in the weight throw with a person-best distance of 14.34m … had four top-five finishes on the season … took fourth at both the CSB Alumni Meet (13.04m) on Jan. 25 and the Meet of Hearts (13.82m) on Feb. 15 … placed third at both the Hamster Invitational (13.19m) on Feb. 7 and the St. Olaf Invitational (14.05m) on Feb. 21.
Outside athletics: Majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology … member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
