Biography

Apple Valley High School: Participated in basketball and track and field … named to the All-Conference Team in her prep career … served as a track and field captain for two seasons and a basketball captain for one … named the Most Valuable Field Athlete.

Career at Hamline
2024: Registered an indoor personal best 16.42m in the weight throw at the MIAC Indoor Championship, which earned her second place as well as MIAC Indoor All-Conference honors... Notched a fourth-place toss of 49.19m in the hammer, and a fifth-place mark of 38.38m in the discus at the MIAC Outdoor Championship.

2023: Registered 11th place in the weight throw (13.69m) at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Took third place in the discus (39.68m), and sixth place in the hammer (45.60m) at the MIAC Outdoor Championship... April 11 MIAC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week.

2022: Competed in the MIAC outdoor championships in the discus throw taking sixth place with a distance of 37.41m... Also threw in the hammer throw fininshing fifth with a throw of 44.31m.

2021: Competed in 13 meets throughout her rookie year, doing three different throwing events … earned All-Conference Honorable Mention honors in the discus, taking sixth with a distance of 38.57 meters … also scored in the hammer throw at the MIAC Championships, finishing eighth with a mark of 42.05 meters … named Hamline’s Female Rookie of the Year for her first season efforts …  improved her weight throw distance in each meet during the indoor season, starting at 12.59 meters at Bethel on Jan. 23 and finishing with 14.56 meters at Bethel on Feb. 27 … tallied her best discus throw at Saint John’s on April 10, with a distance of 38.86 meters … recorded a season-best in the hammer throw at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on May 1 with a mark of 43.32 meters.
