Blaine High School: Named Academic All-State in track and field … also participated in soccer and basketball … member of the National Honor Society (NHS) and Students in Action, a national leadership and volunteer club … member of the Dean’s List all four years of her high school career.

2021: Competed in 12 meets during her senior season … earned MIAC All-Conference Honorable Mention honors in the hammer throw, finishing fourth at the MIAC Championships with a distance of 44.24 meters, which was a season high … started the year with a win in the weight throw at Bethel on Jan. 23 with a mark of 15.45 meters … hit a season-best 16.15 meters in the weight throw at St. Thomas on Feb. 19, which was good for a second-place finish … had her best distance (30.36 meters) of the season in the discus at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on May 1 … finished second in the hammer throw at the Kent Stahly Invitational on April 17 with a distance of 43.54 meters.

2020: Earned her second MIAC indoor title in the weight throw, recording a new personal best distance of 16.69m to top the field and earn All-Conference honors … competed in six other meets during the season, winning the weight throw in three of them … started the year at the Saint Benedict Alumni Meet, taking second with a distance of 16.65m … won the weight throw at three straight meets in February, recording a 15.76 mark at the Hamster Invitational on Feb. 7, a 16.50 mark at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 15, and a 16.20 mark at the St. Olaf Invitational.
 
Outside athletics: Majoring in Public Health, with a minor in Biology … is a New Student Mentor.
