Kindred High School: Holds the school’s shot put record … qualified for state in the shot put five times and the discus four times … placed in the top-eight at the state meet four times, placing 8^th in shot put in 10^th grade, fifth in shot put in 11^th grade, fourth in discus in 11^th grade, and second in discus in 9^th grade … also participated in National Honor Society (NHS), volleyball, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), and Philanthropy and Youth … member of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), where she was the District President and State First Vice President, as well as a six-time State STAR Event Champion, qualifying for Nationals six times.
 
Career at Hamline 
2022: Competed in the MIAC indoor championships in the shot put finishing 20th with a distance of 9.13m... Competed in the MIAC outdoor championships placing 16th in the shot put with a distance of 10.26m... Also threw discus finishing 12th with a distance of 34.23m... Named to the MIAC academic all-conference team.

2021: Named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … competed in six meets during the 2021 outdoor season … compiled career bests in the hammer throw and discus at the Rider/Bolstorff Invitational on May 1, with a distance of 36.39 meters in the discus and 34.58 meters in the hammer throw … took 10^th in the discus at the MIAC Championships with a mark of 35.40 meters, while placing 15^th in the shot put with a mark of 10.57 meters … tallied her best shot put distance of the season at Saint John’s on April 10, with a distance of 10.73 meters.

2020: Competed in four meets during her first indoor season … opened the year with a sixth-place finish in the shot put (11.18m) at the Saint Benedict Alumni Meet on Jan. 25 … recorded her season’s best weight throw distance at the Mark Schuck Open on Jan. 31 with a 10.93m mark … took fourth in the shot put at the Hamster Invitational on Feb. 7, with a personal best distance of 11.73m … placed 15^th at the MIAC Championships in the shot put, with a distance of 11.16m.
 
Outside athletics: Majoring in Criminology/Criminal Justice … minoring in Psychology, Legal Studies, and Forensic Science.
