2026: Threw a personal-best mark of 39.14m (128' 5") in the hammer throw to take 12th at the Hamline Invitational... Hit a lifetime best in the weight throw with a mark of 12.50m (41' 0.25") at the Carleton Meet of Hearts... Recorded a career-best mark of 21.90m (71' 10") in the discus throw at the Janis Rider / Doug Bolstorff Invitational... Finished fifth in the hammer throw (39.03m) and 12th in the shot put with a outdoor season-best mark of 10.00m (32' 9.75") at the Gustie Twilight... Posted a season-best indoor shot put mark of 10.05m (32' 11.75") at the Carleton Meet of Hearts.
2025: Competed in the throws for Hamline University during the indoor and outdoor seasons… Recorded a collegiate-best 37.67m (123' 7") in the hammer throw at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invitational and added a third-place finish in the hammer (37.31m / 122' 5") at the Meet of the UnSaintly… Posted a season-best 10.18m (33' 4.75") in the shot put and consistently surpassed the 10-meter mark during the outdoor campaign… Opened the indoor season with a 10.00m (32' 9.75") shot put mark and went on to throw a collegiate-best 12.50m (41' 0.25") in the weight throw… Also owns a collegiate-best 21.45m (70' 4") in the discus.
2024: Notched an indoor career best of 10.07m in the shot put at the Luther Invitational (2/3)... Registered outdoor career bests of 21.45m in the discus at the Redlands Invitational (3/15), and 35.86m in the hammer throw at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational (5/1).
2023: Did not compete at the MIAC Indoor Championship... Did not compete at the MIAC Outdoor Championship.
