2024: Notched indoor career bests of 6:13.82 in the one mile run at the Macalester Vanessa Seljeskog Classic (1/20), and 12:16.92 in the 3000 meter run at the St. Olaf Invitational (1/26-27)... Registered outdoor personal bests of 21:27.62 in the 5000 meter run at the University of Minnesota Gary Wilson Invitational (4/24), and 5:40.47 in the 1500 meter run at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/3).
