2026: Focused on the distance events during an outdoor-only campaign as a junior... Logged a lifetime personal record in the 5000m run with a time of 23:37.78 to finish 11th at the Meet of the Unsaintly... Opened her season at the Hamline Invitational, crossing the finish line in the 1500m run with a season-best time of 6:31.65.
2025:Â Recorded season-best times of 3:02.17 in the 800m, 6:25.99 in the 1500m, 14:34.13 in the 3000m, 1:30.88 in the 400m hurdles, and 13:59.95 in the 3000m steeplechase.
2024: Notched indoor career bests of 2:01.93 in the 600 meter run at the Macalester Vanessa Seljeskog Classic (1/20), and 3:02.17 in the 800 meter run at the St. Olaf Invitational (1/26-27)... Notched outdoor career bests of 14:34.13 in the 3000 meter run at the Redlands Invitational (3/15), 13:59.95 in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational (5/1), and 6:25.99 in the 1500 meter run at the University of Minnesota Gary Wilson Invitational (4/24).
High School: Attended Parnassus Preparatory School.
