Last Sunday, the Hamline lacrosse team trailed for the first time at halftime of a game as Carroll (Wis.) held a 4-2 advantage. Thanks in part to a scoring outburst by Sydney Dynneson, the Pipers extended their winning streak of seven in a row in 2019 and 24 in a row all time at Klas Field by rallying for a 12-8 win.

The sophomore scored five times in the second half and has now netted a team high 21 for the season. It capped a big weekend that started the da before when Dynneson scored three in a 16-2 romp past Cornell in a MWLC game. HU, the defending league champs, is 5-0 in conference play this year.

The Minneapolis, Minn. has scored at least once in every game this year. Dynneson and her teammates have a non-conference date Wednesday, April 3 at Wis-River Falls. They head out on the road next weekend for MWLC games at Illinois Tech on Saturday, April 6 and move to Concordia (IL) the next day.
