Maggie Meixl enters into her first season at the helm of the Hamline Volleyball program after serving as the main assistant coach for two seasons.
The Mankato, Minn. native was a dominating middle blocker at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. A captain in her senior season she was named All-Conference, was a two-time All-Sportsmanship team member, and still ranks in the Blue Devil record books. After completing her playing career she stayed with the program as an assistant coach and later served as a volunteer assistant at Concordia St Paul during its fifth-consecutive NCAA DII national championship season.
Meixl is active in the local volleyball scene, coaching club teams and numerous camps around Minnesota.
