The HU men's and women soccer teams look to shake off the disappointment of dropping their MIAC openers against Bethel. The women (4-1, 0-1 MIAC) face the Royals (2-3, 0-1 MIAC) at Paterson Field at 1:00 p.m. It's a rematch of last year's thriller in Arden Hills that saw Hamline scored two goals 20 seconds apart late in the game (the winner was an Aileen Scheibner penalty kick) for a 2-1 win. Both teams entered the season with playoff aspirations.

It's the first of two weekend games for the men. They will host Buena Vista in a non-conference affair on Sunday at Paterson Field. Game time is 4:00 p.m.
