Box Score Dylan See-Rockers didn't start against nationally ranked St. Thomas Saturday at Hutton Arena.
But he sure made his presence felt when he did get in the game.
The sophomore guard from Albert Lea, Minn. swerved and maneuvered his way to 10 points, leading Hamline's offense in a 75-41 loss to the No. 3 ranked Tommies.
He was the lone Piper in double figures in a game that was, for a long time, a lot closer than the final score would indicate.
After falling behind by 18 points in the first half, Hamline surged late and went to the locker room trailing just 33-22. But the Tommies started the second half on a 20-2 run and the Pipers couldn't catch up after that.
In addition to See-Rockers,
TC Robinson came off the bench to join starter
Dior Ford with eight points apiece.
Travis Johnson led the board patrol with five rebounds and also had two steals.
Hamline plays twice on the road next week. They travel to Augsburg (8-5, 5-3 MIAC) Wednesday, January 21 for the last leg on the first half of the MIAC schedule. Game time at Si Melby Hall is 7:00 p.m. On Saturday, January 24, they have a rematch against Concordia (8-5, 4-4) in Moorhead. That is slated for a 3:00 p.m. start.
