Box Score They came oh, so close at the end but it just didn't work out the way the Hamline women's soccer team hoped it would. Arendje Louter's last second shot was stopped by Bethel goalie Dylan Melby and the Pipers ended up with a 1-0 loss to the Royals at Ona Orth Field in Arden Hills Wednesday. 

Amy Ramras was superb in goal, making six saves -- five in the second half. BU scored the only goal of the game late in the first half and held off the Pipers from there. The Royals finished with an 11-8 edge in total shots.  As a result, Hamline is now 10-6-1 overall and 4-5-1 in the MIAC. 

The Pipers finish the regular season this Saturday, October 29 at Paterson Field. They will honor their seniors prior to the game, which will start at 11:00 a.m.
