The HU volleyball team saw its four-game winning streak come to an end Saturday afternoon with a 3-0 loss at Northwestern in Roseville, Minn.
Gabby Robinson had a double-double with 10 kills and a dozen digs for the Pipers, now 9-4 overall.
Megan Rubbelke moved into sixth place all time with assists with 24 to pass Marni Story. The junior has 1590 in 212 career games. She currently sits third in the conference at 10.04 sets per match.
Maggie Gavic had another big game on the back wall with 18 digs. The freshman has a team high 195 digs, a total that ranks seventh in the conference.
Morgen Coleman also had 10 digs.
The Pipers went stride for the stride with the Eagles in the first game, falling by a bare 25-23. UNW followed up with 25-13 and 25-17 decisions to win the day.
Hamline gets back into MIAC action Wednesday, September 25 against Bethel at Hutton Arena. Game time is 7:00 p.m.
