SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The Hamline University women's hockey team made the return trip to St. Catherine on the back-end of a home-and-home series at Drake Arena on Saturday afternoon. Six different Pipers recoded a goal in a 6-0 shutout of the Wildcats en route to a weekend sweep.
The Pipers improve to 4-2, 3-1 MIAC, while St. Catherine drops to 4-4, 0-4 MIAC on the season.

Pipers goalie McKenna Hulslander registered a complete-game shutout in her first start of the season with 26 saves.
Five penalties were assessed for the second night in a row. This time around, the Pipers were victim of three of those calls and killed each of them to secure a shutout. Hamline received goals from Jordan Hansen, Amanda Nylander, Molly Garin, Cheyenne Abear, Nikki Olund, and Sydney Lemke. Garin's tally occurred on the power play at 8:54 of the second period, as Hamline finished the contest with a 1-of-2 mark on the player advantage.
Hamline out shot St. Catherine 29-26. Wildcats goalie Abby Severson tallied 23 saves over 60:00 of work.
The Pipers will travel to No. 3 UW-Eau Claire on Tuesday, November 23 for a 7:00 p.m. start.
