Both teams struggled to protect the ball as each side committed 27 turnovers. Sophie Findell and Chan'el Anderson-Manning forced a lot of those Royals turnovers as the dynamic duo combined for 11 steals in the contest. Lydia Lecher paced the Pipers offense with a game-high 20 points off 6-of-12 shooting, which engineered a Hamline offense that accumulated a 25-of-52 mark (.481). This marked Hamline's best shooting performance since January 8, 2020 when they went 25-of-51 (.490) against Carleton.
Findell was multi-dimensional for the Pipers with 16 points, six steals, and four rebounds. Anderson-Manning was in striking distance of a triple-double with 10 points, five steals, and five assists. Courtney Nuest led Bethel with 19 points, five assists, and three steals.
The Pipers will host St. Olaf on Saturday, December 4 at 1 p.m.
