ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Hamline men's tennis team (3-10, 1-8 MIAC) concluded their 2021 season on Saturday, falling to Carleton (8-1, 7-1 MIAC) 9-0 at St. Paul Central High School.

The Pipers had a pair of close doubles losses in the match, with both the No. 1 and No. 2 teams falling 8-6. Senior
Nazeer Robinson and first year
Sam Thompson were in the No. 1 spot and first years
Isaac Hultberg and
Dominic Warzecha played at No. 2. Sophomore
Sean Le and
Allan Yang were at No. 3, falling 8-2.

Robinson also put up a good fight at No. 1 singles, coming up just short in the second set at 7-6 (3) after falling 6-3 in the first set. Thompson played in the No. 2 spot, taking three games from his opponent in each set.

At No. 3 singles, Hultberg fell 6-2, 6-1 and Le fell 6-1, 6-1 in the No. 5 spot. Both Warzecha at No. 4 and Yang at No. 6 dropped their match 6-0, 6-0.
