SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The Hamline University men's soccer team hosted Concordia (Minn.) at Pat Paterson Field for their 2022 season finale on Saturday. The Logan Weller-Robert Cooper duo was at it again, as they each registered a goal to power the Pipers to a 2-1 victory over the Cobbers.
Weller, Cooper, Jake Sullivan, and Stian Firehammer were honored prior to the contest as part of the senior day festivities.
Hamline ends the 2022 season with a 5-12, 2-8 MIAC record, while Concordia (Minn.) concludes their campaign with a 3-14-1, 2-7-1 MIAC mark.

Both Hamline goals occurred in the opening half behind Cooper in the 35th minute, and Weller's penalty kick in the 43rd minute that made the score 2-0. Jared Garcia picked up an assist on Cooper's goal. The Cobbers cut their deficit in half at 2-1 with a penalty kick goal courtesy of Tyson Aberle in the 52nd minute.
The Pipers outshot the Cobbers 14-10. Luke Rimington made two saves in the goalkeeping win for Hamline, while Concordia's Jensen Waltz came through with three stops in net.
