The Pipers led just once in the contest, when Chan'el Anderson-Manning's jump shot at 7:21 of the third quarter gave her team a brief 28-27 edge before Gustavus quickly hung onto the driver's seat.

Hamline was held to a season-low .286 (14-of-49) field goal percentage, and a .214 (3-of-14) three-point field goal mark. Lydia Lecher nailed all three of those triples en route to a team-leading 15 points, while Tess Hauer followed with 14. Anna Sanders led Gustavus with 16 points.

The Pipers will make the short trip to Macalester for the regular season finale on Wednesday, February 16 at 7 p.m.
