SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The Hamline University women's tennis team made the short trek down Snelling Avenue to Macalester for a Thursday-evening dual. The Pipers dropped a 9-0 decision to the Scots.
Hamline falls to 2-14, 0-8 MIAC, while Macalester improves to 5-10, 2-6 MIAC.

Three of the Scots' victories occurred via default at No. 3 doubles, as well as No. 5 and No. 6 singles.
The Pipers will return to action on Saturday, April 23 at Carleton for a 2 p.m. start.
