SAINT PAUL, MINN.—The Hamline University women's tennis team made the short trek to Northwestern (Minn.) for a Tuesday-afternoon non-conference match, where they dropped an 8-1 decision.
The Pipers fall to 2-16, while the Eagles improve to 15-3.

Lily Vang prevailed with the Pipers' lone victory at No. 2 singles, where she converted a 3-6, 6-1, 1-0 decision. Three-of-eight Eagles victories occurred via default at No. 3 doubles, as well as No. 5 and No. 6 singles.
The Pipers will conclude their 2021-22 season on Friday, April 29 at Saint Benedict. Match time is set for 4:30 p.m.
