Women Show Promise at St. Olaf Invitational

RESULTS

NORTHFIELD, MINN.—The Hamline University women's cross country team competed at the St. Olaf Invitational on Saturday. The Pipers took 16th place out of 22 squads with 443 points, while Carleton's score of 35 earned them the team crown. Hannah Preisser (Carleton) won the individual title with a time of 21:57.8.

Leading the way for Hamline was Anabel Bradley, who crossed the finish line at 25:50.0 en route to 82nd place. Abby Tapajna wasn't far behind with a 90th-place time of 26:03.7, followed by Daniela Sanchez-Castillo in 99th place with a 26:11.2. Aspen Clarksean (27:02.5), Deliah Neria (30:00.5), Savannah Janes (30:49.5), Devyn Everson (31:32.4), Tatiana Otero-Ortiz (31:33.1), and Tessa Meyers (34:56.7) all finished for the Pipers.

Hamline will return to action at the Carleton Running of the Cows on Saturday, October 5 at 10:30 a.m.
