ST. PAUL, Minn. — Hamline University defeated Concordia-Moorhead 5-2 on Sunday. Hamline claimed five of the six singles matches, with wins at Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6.
Concordia-Moorhead earned the doubles point by taking two of the three completed courts. Tanis Lee and Alyssa Sommerfeld defeated
Vanessa Pham and
Elanna Kohner 6-2 at No. 1 doubles, and Annalise Skrade and Ava Lowman defeated
Emily Dreger and
Shayla Draper 6-1 at No. 2. The Pipers picked up the No. 3 doubles result, where
Taylor Copeland and
Erin Tschida defeated Ruby McKeon and Olivia Walter 6-2.
Hamline responded by winning five of the six completed singles matches to take the dual.
