RECRUITING AREAS: Colorado, Wisconsin, Southwest Twin Cities

Robbie Aldinger joined the Hamline football coaching staff in December of 2020 and will enter his second season in 2022. He joined the Pipers as the quarterbacks coach/recruiting coordinator, before being promoted to offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach ahead of the 2022 campaign.
 
Aldinger graduated from the University of Mount Union in 2015 with a degree in Public Relations. After graduation, he spent two seasons with Mount Union as an intern coach, working with the offense. The Raiders won the NCAA DIII National Championship in 2015 and would make it to the NCAA Semifinals the following year while Aldinger was on staff.
 
From there, Aldinger went to coach at Southern Illinois University for two seasons as an offensive graduate assistant and video coordinator. While at Southern Illinois, he earned his master’s degree in Sports Science.  
 
Most recently, Aldinger spent the 2019 season at Grand Valley State, also working with the offense.
