Caleb Rosenow joined the Piper staff on May 1, 2017 and is in his fourth season as an assistant coach for Hamline during the 2020-21 academic year.
The Red Wing, Minnesota native played four seasons at Carleton College, serving as captain of the team in 2011-12, his senior season. That year, he averaged 14.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game for the Knights. Hayes was an assistant coach at Carleton for Rosenow's first three years there. He also coached Rosenow for a USA Team Tours contingent that played in a tournament in the Bahamas in 2011.
Rosenow served as a video coordinator intern for the WNBA's Chicago Sky for the 2014 season before moving to Northwestern University in Evanston. There, he served as Assistant Director of Operations and, later, as Director of Player Development for the Wildcats' women's team in a three-year span. Northwestern went 20-11 in 2016-17.
Rosenow earned a B.S. in Political Science from Carleton in 2012. He also has a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Pregraduate Business Administration from Northwestern. He is currently working on getting his Masters in Sports Administration from Northwestern.
In addition to his duties assisting Hayes, Rosenow serves as the main assistant for the Sports Information Office.
