Adam Dobis

Adam Dobis enters his fourth season as the head women’s lacrosse coach at Hamline University in 2026, bringing with him a proven track record of competitive success and athlete development. In his first three seasons at the helm, he has guided the Pipers program while building a culture centered on accountability, growth, and consistency.

Dobis came to Hamline after two seasons on staff at his alma mater, the University of Indianapolis, where he served as assistant coach for the NCAA Division II men’s lacrosse program. During his tenure, the Greyhounds earned back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances, captured a share of the 2022 GLVC Regular Season Championship, won the 2021 GLVC Tournament Title, and posted a 24–7 overall record. His responsibilities included film analysis, one-on-one player development, team travel coordination, on-campus recruiting operations, and talent evaluation at prospect events.

During his time at Hamline, Dobis has coached 11 All-Conference selections, including Taryn Leonard; Maitland Luksan (twice); Kendra Haselow (twice); Analisa Aragon; Maddie Swanson; Avery Wilson (twice); and Courtney Parker (twice).

In addition to his collegiate coaching responsibilities, Dobis remains active at the club level. He currently coaches with Pipeline Lacrosse Club and works in box lacrosse development with the Minnesota Stars Program.

As a student-athlete at UIndy, Dobis was a four-year team captain and helped lead the Greyhounds to GLVC Tournament Championships in 2018 and 2019, as well as the program’s first NCAA Division II Final Four appearance in 2019.

Dobis earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from UIndy in 2020, followed by a master’s degree in professional studies with a concentration in real estate development in 2022.
