Morgan Philliber will embark on her first season as Hamline University full-time assistant women's soccer coach in 2025.

Philliber arrives to Hamline following two seasons at NCAA Division II University of Minnesota Crookston, where she was the assistant women's soccer. She helped recruit a large class of 11 newcomers to the Golden Eagles' 2024 roster, which brought their roster to a program-record 27 student-athletes. She oversaw the daily operations, soccer camps, and goalkeepers throughout her two seasons at Minnesota Crookston. In addition to her soccer duties, Philliber was involved with the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) as the co-advisor as well as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Prior to Crookston, Philliber spent one season as assistant women's soccer coach at Buena Vista University (NCAA Division III). She helped the 2022 Beavers achieve their best season in 10 years, almost double their goals scored, and cut their goals against by 24 from the 2021 season.

Philliber was a member of the UW-Superior women's soccer team. She earned UMAC Defensive Player of the Year, UMAC Defensive Player of the Week, and UMAC Women's Soccer All-Conference First Team accolades. The goalkeeper served as team captain for the Yellowjackets, and helped lead them to their first ever NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Tournament appearance.

Philliber obtained her bachelor of science degree in exercise science with a minor in health and coaching from UW-Superior in 2021.
