Natalie Wijesinghe joined the Hamline tennis coaching staff in January 2021. She works primarily with the women’s team, helping to identify physical and mental areas of improvement for players and then working with the athletes to help them reach their goals.
 
Wijesinghe brings a wide variety of tennis playing and coaching experience to Hamline. She played tennis at UW-Eau Claire from 2016-20, playing in the #1 singles and doubles spot since the spring of her first season. During the 2019-20 season, Wijesinghe was the WIAC champion in both singles and doubles and was named the WIAC Player of the Year in addition to being ranked 29th nationally.
 
She has also spent time as a tennis instructor at Tennis and Life Camps in the summers of 2017 and 2018 and was an instructor at the YMCA Menard’s Tennis Center in Eau Claire in 2019.  Currently, Wijesinghe serves as a tennis instructor at Lifetime Fitness Bloomington South.
