Moorhead High School: Earned 11 letters throughout her prep career, four each in cross country and track and field and three in Nordic skiing … ran in the cross country state meet twice and the track and field state meet once … graduated as her school’s Salutatorian …  named to the Academic All-State Team … awarded three academic letters.

2023: Claimed the MIAC Indoor 600 Meter Run (1:35.98), and 800 Meter Run (2:14.85) Championships... Notched a sixth-place time of 4:15.94 in the 4x400 meter relay at the MIAC Indoor Championship...Qualified for the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championship, where she notched 19th place in the 800 meter run (2:16.53)... Secured the MIAC Outdoor 800 Meter Run (2:11.89), and 4x800 Meter Relay (9:29.31) Championships... Talled a fifth-place time of 4:00.93 in the 4x400 meter relay at the MIAC Outdoor Championship... Qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championship, where she tallied 22nd place in the 800 meter run (2:19.65)... College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Women's Track & Field and Cross Country Team... MIAC Academic All-Conference... Athletic Department Misty Bahr Award.

2022: Competed in the MIAC indoor championships winning the 800m run with a time of 2:14.07...Placed second in the 1000m run with a time of 2:59.77... Ran with the 4x400m relay team placing fourth with a time of 4:11.29... Competed in the MIAC outdoor championships placing second in the 800m run with a time of 2:16.00... Ran with the 4x400m relay team taking third with a time of 4:01.79... Ran with the 4x800m winning the event with a time of 9:17.62... Qualified for the outdoor National Championships in the 800m run... Named to the MIAC academic all-conference team.

2021: Competed at the 2021 NCAA Outdoor Championships after qualifying in the 800-meter run … named to the All-Region Team in the 800-meter run and the mile run … earned two All-Conference honors, after finishing second in the 800-meter run with a new career-best time of 2:12.68 and anchoring the 4x800-meter relay team that won a MIAC title and set a new school record with a time of 9:23.77 … added an All-Conference Honorable Mention honor in the 4x400-meter relay, helping HU take sixth with a time of 4:05.13 … voted onto the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team … member of the MIAC All-Academic Team … set a new school record in the indoor 800-meter run with a time of 2:13.35, which led the country during the indoor season … compiled 14 top-five finishes on the year … won the 400-meter run at the Kent Stahly Invite with a personal-best time of 58.48 … won the 1500-meter run at Saint John’s on April 10, finishing in 4:50.80.

2020: Named a USTFCCCA All-American after qualifying for the 800m race at the NCAA Championships (the meet was canceled due to COVID-19) … named to the MIAC All-Academic Team … earned two All-Conference honors, after placing second in the 800m run (2:14.78) and placing third in the 600m run (1:37.00) at the MIAC Championships, both of which were personal bests … her 800m time also set a new school record, beating the previous time set 19 years back … also helped the 4x400 score at the MIAC Championships, taking seventh with a time of 4:12.69 … set another school record in the 1000m race earlier in the season, finishing in 2:57.04 at the Meet of Hearts on Feb. 15 … finished in the top-three in eight out of the 11 races she competed in during the year, which included competing in the 600m, the 800m, the 1000m, the mile, the 4x400 relay, and the distance medley relay (DMR).
