Colin Rogers has been on the run all fall.But this week's effort is something special. The River Falls, WI senior finished 16th at last weekend's NCAA Division III regional race in Northfield, running the 8K course in a time of 25:32.87

That not only earned him a spot on the All - Region team and qualified him to be the Pipers' lone representative at the NCAA D-III meet this weekend in Hanover, Indiana.

Rogers has had an excellent fall, winning two races. He also earned a spot on the All-MIAC team with a 14th place at the conference meet earlier this month.

Making the NCAA field is always an achievement. How Colin got there is an even better story. You see, this is his 4th trip to the NCAA meet and he is believed to be the first Piper runner ever to do it by qualifying to do so as an at large competitor.
