Box Score Jess Hunt struck the first blow but St. Thomas fired in all the other ones in a 5-1 defeat of the Pipersa Friday night at St. Thomas Arena. The Pipers (5-14-5) finish the season against the Tommies Saturday at Warner Coliseum at 2 p.m.

Hunt took a feed from Sam Berger and buried a shot 4:48 into the game to give HU the early lead, But the Tommies scored three before the end of the period and added two more in the third to put the game away. Sarah Schneekloth had 34 saves for Hamline.
