Box Score A five goal second period was too much to overcome as the Hamline men's hockey team lost 8-0 at St. Thomas Friday night.

The game was scoreless for the first 27:50 of play. But the Tommies broke through on a power plat and then exploded for four goals in a span of 2:20 to put the game out of reach.

Hamline was outshot 33-19. Joe Rubbelke led the offense with four shots on goal. 

The teams will meet again Saturday night at Oscar Johnson Arena. Game time is 7:05 p.m.
