Men's Hockey Shut Down By Cobbers

The HU men's hockey team found themselves in a hole early and couldn't dig out of it in a 4-0 loss to Concordia Saturday at Oscar Johnson Arena.

Hamline had more offense this time -- cueing up 23 shots on goal but failed to slip one by goalie Kelly Andrew. Dan Bartkowiak, who had the lone goal in Friday's 2-1 OT loss, led the way with four shotswhile Brandon Zurn, Kevin Novakovich and Andrew Carlson had three apiece.

Piper goalie John Sellie-Hanson recorded 23 saves. The freshman was particularlhy sharp during a five-minute disadvantage in the third period. 

Hamline is now 2-16-1 (1-9-0 MIAC). They return to action next Friday night against St. John's. Game time at Oscar Johnson is 7:05 p.m.
