Box Score Naji El-Araby was a very busy guy Saturday afternoon. The junior wide receiver caught five passes for 85 yards -- including the season's longest play from scrimmage (a 70-yard TD reception) and returned half a dozen kickoffs for over 100 yards in the Pipers' 78-7 loss at nationally ranked St. Thomas.
Justice Spriggs, a freshman, was 12-for-27 for 144 yards in his first start at quarterback. He hooked up with El-Araby for the long bomb score in the third quarter. El-Araby and
Josiah Harris were Spriggs' favorite targets with five grabs each.
Brendan Nachtrieb led the rushing attack for the second week in a row with 17 carries for 73 yards.

Zach Schwalbach topped the defense with 11 tackles, including nine solos.
The Pipers had a tough physical day with several starters forced to leave the game with injuries. HU fell to 2-4 overall, 0-4 in the MIAC.
