1/16/2016 5:05:00 PM

Box Score Chloe Graves should sleep well Saturday night. The junior guard played all 40 minutes and scored a season (and game) high 25 points for the Hamline women's basketball team in a 84-61 loss at Bethel. It marked the second game in a row -- and the fifth time this season -- the junior guard had gone the distance in a game. She now averages 39.1 minutes on the court.

Chelsey Bonsante, Graves' back court running mate, ranks second in the league at 33.9 minutes per outing. The junior (pictured) took over the league lead in scoring with a 16 point effort. The junior averages 17.1 points per game and moved ahead of St. Thomas center Kaitlin Langer for the league lead in that department.

The Pipers ran into trouble early against the Royals. They trailed 20-13 after a quarter and 47-31 at halftime. They got an excellent game on the boards from Haley greene, who grabbed a team high nine rebounds. Alex Peterson added five and blocked a game high three shots. (HU blocked six in all.)

Hamline is now 3-12 overall, 1-7 in the MIAC. They finish off the three-game road trip Wednesday, January 20 at St. Mary's. Game time is 7:00 p.m.
