Pipers Claim Three Seconds at Holst Invitational

Running against a talented field that included D-I, D-II and unattached runners, Hamline came up with three second place finishes at the Holst Invitational held at Concordia (St. Paul) Saturday. Dylan Olson led the men with a second place effort in the 110 Hurdles. The men also got top five finishes from Joe Matheson (fourth, Pole Vault), Travis Jacobson (fourth, Shot Put) and Bakari Jackson (Triple Jump). 

Carolyn Saulsberry edged out Gabrielle Brown in a tight 100 Hurdles to lead the women's contingent. Saulsberry was second, her sister Marolyn (running unattached) was third with Brown fourth. Gabby Koel took second in the Discus (135-04).

The meet was nonscoring.
