Hamline came away with three individual and one team first place finish at the Carleton Relays Saturday.
Chase Duwenhoegger improved on his MIAC best in the Discus with a 149-3 throw. Joe Matheson tied his season high by winning the Pole Vault with a 15-7 effort. The men also got top five efforts from Dylan Olson (3rd, 110 Hurdles, 15.09), Nathaniel Jacobson (3rd, 800 Meters, 1:58.62) and the combination of Duwenhoegger (2nd) and Travis Jacobson (3rd) in the Shot Put.
On the women's side, Carolyn Saulsberry leapt to victory in the Long Jump with a season best 17-6 3/4 effort. The 4 x 400 team also won their event. There were several other notable efforts, including Kiana Verdugo, who was third in the Hammer (138-5), Ivannie Robertson (3rd, Shot Put, 38-7 1/2), Holly Hankins (4th, 800 Meters, 2;20.71), Brenna Kennedy (4th, 1500 Meters, 5:01.62) and fifth place finishes from Josi Hendrickson (100 Hurdles), Mikayla Hensch (100 Meters), Sarissa Falk (5,000 Meters), Gabby Koel (Shot Put) and Ivannie Robertson (Discus).
