The best team finish at a regional in Hamline women's cross country history has earned some individual honors as well.
Madeline Dopp (15th place),
Helen Dolan (17th) and
Bernadette Hayden (19th) all were named to the USTFCCA (United States Track & Field Cross Country Association) All-Central Region team announced. (The trio is pictured with men's CC runner Frank Gustafson, who also made the team.)
Dopp, a senior, ran a career best 22:39.3 for the 6K race. She barely missed out qualifying for the NCAA D-III meet this weekend. Dolan, a sophomore, also had a career best with a 22:42 clocking, some 21 seconds better than her performance at the MIAC meet two week prior. Hayden, a junior, bested her MIAC time by 41 seconds.
