Deno Has Career Night For Unassisted Tackles

Jordan Deno had eight unassisted tackles -- a career high -- for Hamline's football team in a 62-0 loss at St. Thomas Saturday night. Dalton Pakkala was right behind Deno with seven and an assist for the Pipers, who fell to 0-3 overall, 0-1 in MIAC play. Luke Trudell had five solos and three assists. The senior leads all MIAC defenders with 23 solo tackles. 

The Pipers struggled on offense with starting QB Justice Spriggs held to 31 yards passing in one half of play.

The Pipers stay on the road next week with a game at Concordia, Sept. 22. Kickoff in Moorhead is at 1:00 p.m.
