Â
HU got off to a slow start in the game, allowing the Tommies to score four times in the first period, two of which were scored on power plays.
Â
The Pipers got one of those goals back in the second, as Dahl scored on a power play at 13:18. This was his second goal of the year and he was assisted by first year
Ryan Murray. St. Thomas also scored in the period, getting a goal four minutes later to make it 5-1 heading into the final 20 minutes.
Â
Crabtree scored in the third period for Hamline (assisted by
Bailey Martin), but the Tommie offense was too much tonight, as they scored three times in the third to claim the win.
