DULUTH, MINN.—The Hamline University women's soccer team faced first-year MIAC member St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota on Saturday afternoon. Both teams failed to find the score column en route to a 0-0 draw.
Hamline's first tie of the season gives them a 5-5-1, 1-4-1 MIAC record while St. Scholastica exits Saturday with a 3-6-3, 3-2-1 MIAC mark.

The Pipers got three shots a piece from Carin Currier and Anna Browne, but it was St. Scholastica who outshot them 15-10 behind Morgan Friday's game-high 10. Lauren Sicora made six saves over 110:00 of work in net for Hamline, while Brianna Jorgenson also tallied six saves in a complete-game goalkeeping effort for the Saints.
The Pipers will host Carleton at Pat Paterson Field on Tuesday, October 12 at 4:00 p.m.
