ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Hamline lacrosse team (5-4, 3-0 MWLC) showed off their offensive prowess on Wednesday night, defeating Augsburg (2-5, 2-1) 18-6 at Klas Field. This puts the Pipers in sole possession of first place in the conference with three more MWLC games to play.
Â
The game was also special because it was Hamline's third annual Pride Game where HU and Augsburg come together to support the LGBTQ+ community. The Pride Game symbolizes each team's commitment to equality through creating an inclusive environment for all students and staff within both athletic departments. Below, both teams are pictured in their tie-dyed warm-up shirts that represents the spirit of inclusion that exists among both communities.
