NORTHFIELD, MINN.—The Hamline University men's basketball team hit the road to Carleton for a Monday-night bout, where they suffered a 62-46 loss.
The Pipers fall to 5-8, 4-5 MIAC while Carleton improves to 9-3, 6-2 MIAC.

The Pipers were held to a season-low 20 rebounds, while Carleton registered a stellar 27-of-49 (.551) field goal percentage as a team. Jeremy Beckler had a lot to do with that as he notched a team-high 16 points on 6-of-8 shooting along with six rebounds. Luke Harris and Alex Battist each tallied 13 points to round out the Carleton double-figure scorers.
Cooper Berg led the Pipers with 13 points, while Bradley Cimperman and Tait Nelson each notched 10 points.
The Pipers will make the trek down Snelling Ave. to Macalester on Wednesday, January 12 for a 7 p.m. game.
