ST. PETER, MINN.—Fresh off their first MIAC win of the season, the Hamline University women's volleyball team made the trip south to first-place Gustavus Adolphus for a Saturday-afternoon match. The Pipers couldn't repeat their magic from last night as they dropped a 3-0 (25-10, 25-9, 25-20) decision to the Gusties.
Hamline falls to 4-19, 1-6 MIAC, while Gustavus stays undefeated in MIAC play with a 19-4, 7-0 MIAC mark.

The Pipers were held to a season-low .009 hitting percentage, while the Gusties registered a .333 mark.
Julianna Boyum led Hamline with eight kills, while Kaitlyn Kotek notched eight assists. Jenna Rubbelke paced the Pipers defense with 11 digs, along with two service aces. Lauren Wilborn followed with 10 digs and two service aces.
Marlee Turn was all over the scoresheet for Gustavus with a team-leading 12 kills and 16 digs.
The Pipers will host Carleton on Friday, October 21 at 7 p.m.
