ORLANDO, FLA.—The Hamline University women's tennis team faced Springfield (Mass.) in a Tuesday-afternoon match in Orlando, Florida. The Pipers dropped an 8-1 decision to the Pride.

Hamline falls to 0-9, while Springfield improves to 4-0.

The Pipers picked up their lone victory in No. 4 singles courtesy of Sydney Hubbard 7-5, 6-1.

Hamline will face Saint Francis (Ind.) in Orlando, Florida tomorrow, Wednesday, March 16 at 8 a.m. (ET).
